Hello! We had a wonderful experience at the Qatar Airways Pattaya Office with our family. We needed to alter my family travel because of a medical concern, and the staff there were not only empathetic but highly kind and competent. They did everything in their power to accommodate an option within our budget and timeframe. The waiting area was cool and comfortable, which helped a lot since we had our toddler with us.
