When my mother recently got the opportunity to engage with the EVA Air Seattle Office I have to tell that she had an absolutely remarkable experience. She was particularly struck by how composed and comforting they were. To save her from having to deal with emails, one of the staff members went above and beyond by looking up other airline possibilities, assisting her in understanding her dining preferences, and even printing out the updated itinerary. The dedication to client pleasure and meticulous attention to detail were very remarkable.
